THE TREEHOUSE, presented by WhiteClaw, is an all-inclusive badge with all the work done for you! This party tent is the place to be. Spend the day with the crowd that gets the party started and keeps it going all day! (Not intended for children. You must be at least 21 years of age for this area.) 
This year, we’re offering again, one type of Treehouse badges:
- Without Transport: Drive yourself. Cost: $225.00 per badge
- Park your vehicle for free in General Admission parking or
- Purchase a Green Spring Parking Pass for $75.00
Treehouse badge includes:
- Large Party Tent open from 10:00am – 5:00pm
- Catered lunch and afternoon snacks
- Bottomless free WhiteClaw Hard Seltzer, beer and wine, sodas & water (personal coolers prohibited)
- Cash liquor bar
- Corn Hole games
- New this year: we’ve brought along a DJ to play the hits prior to the first race!
- Perfect location along the racecourse rail with prime viewing
- 5 live thoroughbred races – Post time for first race is 1:30 pm

The Treehouse holds a maximum of 100 guests. No patron-supplied tents, canopies, awnings, stand-up or hand-held umbrellas are allowed. No personal coolers allowed. NOTE: This is a restricted area. Absolutely no admittance without a Queen’s Cup-issued Treehouse badge. RACES RUN RAIN OR SHINE. All purchases are final. NO REFUNDS.
