CSA reserves the right to deny any internet order(s) for any and all reasons at the discretion of management.

The Queen's Cup Steeplechase Races are produced by CSA and held the last Saturday of April, each year.

Races benefit Make-A-Wish, Central & Western North Carolina Chapter.Races run RAIN or SHINE. Absolutely no refunds will be given. Keep in mind that all prices, at all locations, will increase on race day, if available. 

RULES & REGULATIONS

SAFETY
CSA is not responsible for injuries that may occur while at the Queen's Cup so please do not stand near or reach out to touch the horses, as they are powerful and skittish animals and can inflict serious injury or death. 

NO personal tents, awnings, umbrellas, PETS OF ANY KIND, charcoal or oil cookers, glass containers, deliveries or third party vendors (rental, floral or catering) are permitted anywhere on the race grounds and will be strictly enforced. Certain tailgating categories permit a tent or umbrella table (refer to specific tailgating categories for clarification), however these must be supplied through the Official Vendors of the Charlotte Steeplechase Association. NO SMOKING UNDER TENTS BY ORDER OF THE UNION COUNTY FIRE MARSHALL.

NO loud music, overcrowding or encroaching on others space.

Lewd & disorderly behavior of any kind will be grounds for removal from the premises.

BANNERS & SIGNS
With the exception of our Race Sponsors, banners, flags and signs of any kind are not permitted. Solicitation and the distribution of promotional materials are strictly prohibited. 

PARKING
In addition to free remote General Admissions parking, there are a variety of tailgating options available. In the case of all Reserved Tailgating Spaces only one vehicle, specific to the tailgate category size described herein, is allowed per space. NO DROP-OFFS ALLOWED

Parking passes for shuttles, vans, buses, and all vehicles over 7ft in height or greater than 20ft in length must be purchased by calling the Steeplechase office directly at 704-843-7070.  NO RV's, ATVS, PERSONAL GOLF CARTS OR TRAILERED VEHICLES ALLOWED.

All Tailgating Packages include 1 Parking Pass and 2 Badges. Reserved Tailgating Space assignments will be done based on a lottery system and will be assigned on, or about, April 1st. The only way to guarantee a specific tailgating space is to purchase the PSL for that space.

BADGES
Everyone entering the race grounds must wear a badge. Children 12 and under, if accompanied by an adult, are free and do not have to wear a badge, except as noted herein. Exception: Member's Hill, the Clubhouse Turn and the Paddock are secured areas of the racecourse therefore all Guests, including mobile children, must wear the proper Guest Badge to gain entry into these areas. The badges for these secured areas are only available through the Steeplechase office or through our website.
