PLEASE NOTE: We continue to make great strides in making sure traffic flow is considerably improved going into the race grounds. However, we do strongly urge our Sponsors, Subscribers, Guests and Horsemen to find alternate routes into Mineral Springs, particularly avoiding Waxhaw both coming and going if possible.

To also facilitate traffic flow, we have moved the first race to 1:30 pm, allowing less stress for everyone trying to participate or spectate the various activities in the morning. Remember, Gates OPEN at 10:00 a.m. Also, we have included links to Google Maps to aid in your travels!
GATES 1 & 2: If you have NOT purchased a car pass in advance of the event, then you will be going to the General Admission & Shuttle Lot parking areas in Gates 1 & 2. If you DO have a car pass and it says CLUB HOUSE TURN or VALLEY VIEW tailgate areas, you will also be coming in through Gates 1 & 2. Either way, Google Here to find GATES 1 & 2 on Highway 75
GATES 3: If you DO have a car pass and you are going to MEMBER’S HILL (Lawn Box, Sponsor & ‘Chase Tent), PADDOCK, MEADOWS, CREST, CROUP, OLD HILLTOP, WITHERS, or you are an O/T/R or shipping into the STABLE area, Google Here to find GATE 3 on Potter Road (Route 1111)
GATE 4: If you are going to GREENSPRING and have purchased your reserved Car, Limo or Bus pass in advance from our office, Google Here to find GATE 4 on Waxhaw Monroe Highway (Route 1111)
From Charlotte: Take Providence Road south (NC 16) until you dead-end into NC Highway 75 at Waxhaw. When you get to the intersection of NC 16 (Providence Rd.) and NC 75, take a left onto NC 75. Follow Directional Signage. You’ll run right into the racecourse about four miles down NC 75. As you enter the town of Mineral Springs, follow gate signs to enter the appropriate gate for your parking space.
From Monroe: Take NC 75 heading towards Waxhaw. When you get to Mineral Springs, follow gate signs to enter the appropriate gate for your parking space. If you don’t have a parking pass, go through light and turn at Gate 2.
From Camden: Take SC 521 North out of Camden. Turn LEFT onto Flat Rock Road at the Jehova’s Witness church which, after 30 miles, turns into SC521 at Heath Springs, SC. Follow SC521 through Heath Springs and bear right onto SC 522, north of Heath Springs. Follow for what seems like forever (26 miles) until you cross over NC 200 at Rough Edge. Turn left at Crow Road. Follow Crow Road until it dead-ends into Potter Road. You are at Gate 3. For Gates 1 & 2 turn right. For Gate 4 (Green Spring), turn left.
